The chart is helpful to my visual learning preferences and I definitely do not understand all of the terminology, “entailment” in particular.
If I’m following the chart, as it applies to me in this moment, I am using language, which I currently have, with cognition to create frames about relational frame theory. Context of the content presented and patterns of the use of the words presented, I am creating a frame about RFT.
This is SO SO SO helpful to see a pictorial overview. My biggest challenges in learning RFT is not understanding the smaller components (if they can even be described as small!), but how they all connect.
