Between Now and Dreams: Responsible and Responsive Parenting in Autism offers guidance for parents seeking an effective, joyful and sustainable parenting journey. Shahla shares some of the reasons why she wrote this book and share some key ideas that can inform and amplify meaningful and courageous parenting. Topics include tensions surrounding applied behavior analysis and the sometimes opposing, or seemingly opposing variables, parents must consider when making decisions in the best interests of their children and families.
