What is CEUniverse?
CEUniverse is a website focused on delivering high-quality, affordable, on-demand CEUs in a user-friendly format with excellent customer service. It is owned and operated by FoxyLearning, which hosted the CEU content on its own website from 2010 to 2023. We launched CEUniverse in January 2024 to create a more streamlined and focused experience for our CEU customers.
What are your CEU modules like?
Our modules are fully online and self-paced. We currently offer three different formats: multimedia tutorials, article quizzes, and interactive videos. All of our content is developed using evidence-based principles of instructional design and best practices for multimedia instruction. Every module requires active responding and engagement, and we regularly update our content and design based on learner performance and feedback. Learn more about our different module formats.
Do your CEU modules count for BACB CEUs?
Yes, CEUniverse is an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider (#OP-10-2021). We have been approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® to offer continuing education for BCBAs and BCaBAs since 2010. From 2010 to 2023 we were approved under the name of our parent company, FoxyLearning.
Do your ethics and supervision modules count toward BACB requirements?
Yes, our Supervision modules qualify as Supervision CEUs, while Ethics modules qualify as Ethics CEUs. Each module clearly indicates the type and number of CEUs provided.
Are your CEUs for BCBAs, BCaBAs, or both?
Unless otherwise noted, all of our CEU modules are for both Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).
How long will I have to complete a CEU module?
Your access to a module does not expire or have a time limit. Generally, modules will remain available for as long as you keep your CEUniverse account. For example, you could purchase a CEU module today, but not complete it until 5 years later. The completion date on your certificate of completion will be based on when you actually complete the module (and not your purchase date). On rare occasions we may need to remove a module if it becomes outdated or if there are licensing issues. In such cases, we will notify you of the change in advance.
What kind of proof of completion will I receive?
You will be able to download a certificate of completion immediately upon completion of a module. You can also download a CEU transcript from the myLearning dashboard that documents all of the CEU modules you have completed on CEUniverse.
Do you offer discounts for new customers?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount to any customer who subscribes to our newsletter.
How many CEUs are required for BCBAs who are supervisors?
BCBA supervisors must earn 32 CEUs for every two-year recertification cycle. Within those 32 CEUs, at least 4 must be in ethics and 3 must be in supervision. Our Galactic Bundle provides all of these required CEUs in one affordable package.
How many CEUs are required for BCBAs who are not supervisors?
BCBAs who are not supervisors must earn 32 CEUs for every two-year recertification cycle. Within those 32 CEUs, at least 4 must be in ethics. Our Cosmic Bundle provides all of these required CEUs in one affordable package.
How many CEUs are required for BCaBAs who are supervisors?
BCaBA supervisors must earn 20 CEUs for every two-year recertification cycle. Within those 20 CEUs, at least 4 must be in ethics and 3 must be in supervision. Our Supernova Bundle provides all of these required CEUs in one affordable package.
How many CEUs are required for BCaBAs who are not supervisors?
BCaBAs who are not supervisors must earn 20 CEUs for every two-year recertification cycle. Within those 20 CEUs, at least 4 must be in ethics. Our Celestial Bundle provides all of these required CEUs in one affordable package.
Do the ethics and supervision CEUs count toward the total CEUs required?
Yes, they are included in the total of 32 CEUs required for BCBAs (or in the total of 20 CEUs required for BCaBAs).
Can a CEU count as both ethics and supervision?
No. Although some CEUs may be counted as either an ethics CEU or a supervision CEU, it cannot be counted as both for recertification purposes.
Can I repeat a CEU?
No (at least not for recertification purposes). Although you are certainly welcome to repeat a CEU module you have already completed on CEUniverse, it cannot count toward recertification twice because it does not serve the goal of expanding your knowledge or skills.
