The “course” consisted of reading an article and answering questions. Not anything I couldn’t do for free. Disappointing.

I’m sorry you did not enjoy this module (we do not call anything on our site a “course”). The content and format should not have been a surprise, however, as this module is in a category called “Article Quizzes” and the beginning of the description of the product is “Read the following article and pass a 13-question quiz on it…” We try to be very transparent about what each module is. In addition, we think it’s valuable for BCBAs to read the research literature and earn CEUs for verifying that they did this (e.g., by passing a quiz) and many of our customers agree. It’s okay if you disagree, but if you do, I definitely would not recommend purchasing any more modules from our “Article Quizzes” category. You may prefer modules in our “Interactive Videos” and “Multimedia Tutorials” categories.
This did not stay with me. The units on ethics in animal training, from Cambridge Center for Behavior Analysis, are still with me: least intrusive interactions; assent (where consent is not possible); sharing control over the environment.
I don’t like the way this course was done. Extremely long, and it just a weird voice reading not really explaining well the concepts. I can read a book myself I don’t need someone voice to do so. I would have preferred an actual expert doing the explanation
Will never purchase another ceu from foxylearning [now CEUniverse]. Unnecessarily difficult knowledge checks, felt like Im taking another bcba exam. I learn when I enjoy the process, so this one was useless for me.

I would literally rather stab my eye out with a pencil than ever do this tutorial again.
