3.14 Research Diversity
Research is published in core behavior-analytic journals such as Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Perspectives on Behavioral Science. However, applied research is also published in the journals of allied disciplines across a variety of subject areas. Behavior-analytic research relevant to practice is published in at least 80 different journals, which means the research is stored in a lot of different databases. It’s like drops of water collecting in buckets. Behavior-analytic researchers are adding water to a lot of different buckets.
