Let’s search the PubMed Central database to find articles on ‘aphasia.’ In the search builder, change the drop down menu to ‘Title’ and next to ‘Title’ type in ‘aphasia.’ At this point, the system will look for any article in the entire PubMed database with the word ‘aphasia’ in the title. This is probably too broad for our needs.
In the second line, change the drop down menu to ‘Body- All Words’ (the equivalent to ‘full text’ in other databases) and next to ‘Body- All Words’ type in “behavior analysis.”
Click the red ‘Search’ button.
