3.8 Academic Journals in a University Library

A university library is the best resource for finding academic journals. For example, a common university library resource called Academic Search Complete has a collection of almost 20,000 academic journals. That number is not referring to journal issues or even journal volumes—it is referring to unique journal titles. This includes the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis (JABA) and Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior (JEAB) and more than 19,998 other academic journals in this resource.

The library at the University of North Texas is an example of this great resource. Their library has about 32 million journal articles. This is an extensive collection of articles for the library to organize and for the patron to search through.
